When a group of senior leaders of an organisation are identified with a common / similar leadership development competency gap, I engage with them in identifying the challenges that they face as individuals and as a group and support them in their development.
I provide a safe space to think, reflect, challenge assumptions, and gain clarity to identify a set of common and individual actions to grow.
Based on the leadership development goals, I use various leadership development inventories and tools to support the leaders in their journey of self-awareness and self-discovery.
