This is a Coaching Engagement in which an Entrepreneur, Family-Owned Business Professional or a High Potential Corporate Leader identifies the need to enhance his / her leadership effectiveness.

I follow a time-tested leadership coaching process that is suitable for self-sponsored leaders. Based on the leader’s role and need, I use a variety of tools and techniques that support in the journey of self-discovery and growth.

Upon mutual consent, I volunteer as a “Accountability Partner” to the leader to support them to stay on course with the objective.

While the duration of this individual engagement is generally for a duration of 6 to 8 months, it can be customized for a shorter or longer duration based on the need / objective.

The Perception of key stakeholders regarding our Leadership Effectiveness is as important as the Reality we hold about ourselves.

My Leadership Coaching Process actively engages the senior leadership team in the organisation to support the leader in acting as “Accountability Partners” in his / her leadership development.

Based on the Leadership Coaching Goals, I use a variety of leadership development inventories and tools to support the leader in discovering their strengths and areas of improvement.

The customised “Senior Leadership Pit-Stop Meets” that are part of the leadership coaching process support the leader in understanding and changing the Perception of key stakeholders, thereby creating a lasting change in his / her leadership effectiveness.
